Adv. Umair Irfan Gadit
FOUNDING PARTNER
A fourth-generation legal practitioner, Mr. Gadit holds an LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of Greenwich, UK, alongside diplomas in Corporate Law and Business Organization & Management from IBA, Karachi, and Certified Tax Advisory from ICT, Karachi.
His professional experience includes service at the Office of the Advocate General Sindh, Prosecutor General Sindh and SBCA. He is also a Visiting Faculty Member in Law & Social Sciences, an Accredited Mediator, and has held leadership roles in legal and public-affairs forums.
Adv. M. Nadeem A. Shaikh
FOUNDING PARTNER
Mr. Nadeem A. Shaikh is a Founding Partner with more than 35 years of professional experience across civil, constitutional, criminal and corporate law, as well as Public Interest Litigation.
He has appeared before superior courts and judicial forums and has contributed to matters associated with reported judgments and the development of legal practice.
Mr. Muhammad Iqbal Memon
SENIOR LEGAL ADVISOR
Mr. Muhammad Iqbal Memon brings more than 50 years of legal experience and institutional knowledge to GSLC. His career has included service as Legal Director at SBCA, KDA and KMC, as well as Senior Member (Legal) of the SBCA Oversight Committee.
His extensive practice and reported judgments reflect a long-standing contribution to legal jurisprudence and institutional law in Pakistan.
Mr. Haris Amin Bhatti
ADMIN
Mr. Haris Amin Bhatti supports the day-to-day administration and operational coordination of Gadit & Shaikh Law Chambers.
He assists the Partners and team with administrative, procedural and organizational functions, internal communication, and court-related administrative coordination.
